Every company had a special component(s) in making their product. PT Sinar Sosro had their own component in making tea which make them special than other tea products. They use Jasmine and Gambier Flower that make the flavor of the tea special, of course, water and grained sugar from industry. These are the components that made “Teh Botol Sosro” has its flavor.

                Every factory had a process in making their own product. PT Sinar Sosro had their own way in producing their product. They started with collecting the raw materials that they need. The Jamine and Gambier flower is located and collected at Sosro’s field. The flowers there grow healthy and they have a high quality. They get the water from deep down the Earth at depth 150 meters. Then, the water is flowed through a pipe that leads to a tank. In the tank the water is heated to kill the bacteria. They get thegrained sugar from industry which is from sand that had been filtered and cleaned. The first step is to mix the flower and make it into tea. Then the tea is boiled to kill bacteria. Then the salt is applied and it is dissolved to the tea. The tea is sterilized so that it will be totally clean. Now, for the crate and the bottle. The machine which carries the bottle to the machine is called by the Depaletizer. Then the Decrater moves the crate to the machine. The bottle and the crate is processed by the machine to be cleaned. Then the bottle pass through the Empty Bottle Inspection machine that is used to detect bacteria. Then the bottle moves to the filler and crowner machine to be filled and closed with the bottle cap. Then, they are given production codes and then they are moved by the Decrater which moves bottle to crate. The crate is lifted by the Palletizer to the storage room.
